Hidden Valley Mixed Martial Arts Muay Thai program teaches self-defense by using fist, feet, knee, and elbow as weapons. Our goal is to educate the students in the fighting style and culture of Muay Thai. Our objective is to improve coordination, stamina, fitness, bring discipline, modesty and utmost a bit of fun. We also offer top notch conditioning and training to enable student to gain fighting experience. Thai Boxing or Muay Thai combines punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes into a self-defense system known for its power and effectiveness. Thai Boxing training methods are unsurpassed in developing speed, power, and superb cardiovascular endurance. By using specialized striking pads called Thai pads, students can practice punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes in combination and at full force.
